“I am scared of you,” she whispers.

I don’t lock the door. Instead, I let my hand drop.

“Why?” I want to know because her reaction to me is anything but frightened. It’s quite the opposite. The way she fidgets in her seat as she keeps on crossing and uncrossing her legs as if she is unsure. Her eyes as they track me.

“You say these vulgar things.”

“Do they turn you on?” I ask. Her hand goes to her hair, and she starts twirling it again. “Oriana.”

“Will you stop saying my name like that,” she snaps.

“Like what?”

“Like you want to say it in other contexts.”

“You mean like I want to say it as you suck my cock?” She bites her lip. “Or you want me to say it when my head disappears under that dress you’re wearing and I tear your panties off?”

She throws her head back and laughs. Her hand that was in her hair falls to her chest, and she giggles—it’s cute, really. This is not the answer I was looking for, but I appreciate it all the same.

Most women don’t giggle when I tell them what I want to do.

But this treasure, she’s delicate.

A little feisty when she wants to be, but delicate at the same time. The world hasn’t swallowed her whole yet and spat her out.

When she’s calmed down, I look at her quizzically.

“What was funny?”

She sucks in a breath as she wipes her eyes and looks at me. “I’m not wearing any panties.”

When I say I did not expect her reply, I mean… I. Did not. Fucking. Expect it. I march back to the door and lock it.

“What are you doing?” she asks, no fear in her voice, just curiosity.

“You have no panties on,” I state.

“I didn’t do it on purpose. Well, I did, but only because I didn’t want to show any panty lines.”

“But you told me,” I say. “Which is just as good as spreading your legs right now and showing me.”

“I’m not going to show you,” she bites back, crossing her legs.

“You aren’t?” I smirk. “Are you so sure?” Stepping closer, I lean down to her ear, then breathe on it before I whisper, “How wet are you right now? If you stood up, would it leak down your thighs?”

“Oh my God.”

“No, we discussed this. I prefer my women to call me Master.”

She turns so our faces are touching, our lips close to each other. “Is that what you get other women to call you? Master?” She raises a brow, and my eyes fall to her lips, coated in red to match her hair.

“Yes, they all do, eventually.”

“I’m not all women, Jake.” She licks her bottom lip, and her tongue touches my lips ever so slightly with how close we are.

“No, I guess you aren’t.” I pull away and drop to my knees. Oriana tries to push the chair back, but it’s stuck. When I touch her calf, she jolts in her seat.

“What are you doing?” she screeches.

Dropping my hand on her foot, I lift it. “Admiring my shoes on your feet.” She lets me lift it, and I smile. From my kneeling position, I can see up her dress. “And you are wet.”

Then she surprises me again.

She spreads her legs.

Chapter 12

Two can play that game

Oriana

He thinks he’s clever, but two can play this game.

“Oriana.” I hear the hint of a warning in his tone. He’s clenching his jaw, and his hand on my calf stills before gripping it a little tighter. “I can see your cunt.”

“Don’t use that word,” I scold. “I don’t like that word.”

He licks his lips. A man is on his knees in front of me, and it makes me feel powerful.

“Cunt is a beautiful word. Society has made it foul. It should just be a dirty word, but the way people use it makes it seem wrong. Stop thinking of it as a foul word and see it for what it is, just a word that has little meaning.” His gaze drops to between my legs. I spread them wider for him, and his hand on my calf moves upward until he reaches my knee, then he pauses. “You should probably stop showing me your cunt, Mrs. Lavender, unless you plan for me to devour it.” The use of my married name coming out of his mouth does something to me.

Maybe it’s the margaritas kicking in, or maybe it’s just him.

I do something I didn’t even know I could do.

Sex with Kyler was great. I loved our sex life—when we had one. But whatever this is, it isn’t just sexy, it is intoxicating.

Lifting my leg, I place my heel on his shoulder. He grins, his eyes on mine, before they trail down my body to what I’m offering up to him.

“Show me what you got,” I half-whisper, barely believing those words came out of my mouth.
