Her birthday wish never changes. Maybe this year, she’ll find her Daddy.
Valerie Hopkins loves her dream job. Who wouldn't like being the personal assistant of a world-famous photographer? Working from home is great, but it also has a few disadvantages. Her birthday gifts can be shipped to her house, but her Daddy still hasn't shown up at her door.
Grayson Lee delivers packages all day long, evading aggressive dogs and hilariously bored housewives. He isn't expecting his heart to tell him to pay attention to the next frumpy, frazzled woman who accepts a delivery, but with one look into Valerie's deep blue eyes, he's instantly intrigued. Could she be the Little he's been waiting and hoping for?
Little Cakes is a sweet and satisfying series, but dare to taste only if you like delicious Daddies, luscious Littles, and guaranteed happily-ever-afters.

Chapter One
“Valerie, I’m so glad you came in. Welcome to Maniac Tats!”
Valerie had barely stepped through the door before the friendly blond with long braids greeted her. She remembered the woman’s name was Tatiana and that she was part owner of the tattoo parlor.
The other owner, Maniac, waved from a station behind Tatiana before returning to his work.
Valerie was pretty sure the two owners were also a couple. That was the vibe she’d gotten when she’d met them over the weekend out front. Heck, Valerie also suspected Tatiana was Little and Maniac was her Daddy. The two of them were so sweet together. Their warmth and kindness toward her had finally given her the courage to come into the shop instead of just strolling by it every once in a while.
Valerie shuffled forward and pushed up her glasses before rubbing her hands together. She’d never been more nervous in her life. Could she really go through with it and get a tattoo? They were so…permanent.
Tatiana came around from behind the desk, smiling broadly. She had on a loose purple blouse, a super-short, purple-and-black, pleated plaid skirt, black fishnet stockings, and black combat boots. She had more style in one pinky than Valerie had overall. Valerie was jealous. She wished she had the guts to dress so bravely.
Tatiana extended a hand. “Don’t be nervous. We get visitors all the time. You aren’t committing to anything just by stopping by.”
Valerie swallowed. “Okay. Uh, thank you.” She glanced at Tatiana’s legs and then back up. “Does it, uh, hurt? It looks so painful, but you have several tattoos, so I guess it can’t be that bad.”
Tatiana shrugged. “Not gonna lie. It does hurt, but a lot of people find it cathartic. They get addicted and then keep getting more ink.” She plucked at the front of her blouse, holding it away from her body as if the silky material was hurting her.
Valerie swallowed. Maybe this was a bad idea.
Tatiana nodded over her shoulder. “Come on back to my station. I’ll show you what all is involved and you can look at some art. Do you like cupcakes?”
Valerie reached up to finger her favorite cupcake earrings as she followed Tatiana. “Yeah. I try not to eat them too often because they contribute rudely to the size of my thighs, but they are decadent.”
Tatiana pointed to a chair in her work area. “I agree. I love them, especially the ones from Little Cakes around the corner. Have you been there?”
Valerie groaned. “Yes. Far too many times.”
Tatiana giggled. “It’s hard to resist. My new favorite is Flirty Kumquat.” She giggled again. “Silly name, isn’t it? But man, they have the perfect blend of citrus and sweet.” She plucked at the front of her blouse again.
Valerie couldn’t help but glance down at the absolutely stunning woman’s chest.
Tatiana released the material again. “Oops. Sorry. When I met you the other day on the sidewalk, I had just gotten a new tattoo right here…” she pointed to a spot between her breasts before leaning forward to whisper, “and a nipple ring. Both are sore, so I keep pulling my shirt away from my chest.”
Valerie winced. “Ouch.” She couldn’t stop herself from reaching up to rub her own breasts. “That sounds painful, both the location of that tattoo and the piercing.” She shuddered at the thought. “I might be able to find the bravery to put a tattoo somewhere on my body, but not my boobs, and there’s no way I’m going to want a needle through my nipple. You’re so brave.”
Tatiana shrugged and glanced toward Maniac who had his head down working. “My uh… Maniac. He encouraged me to try the nipple ring. We tattooed each other with matching cupcakes that day.” She sat up straighter.
Valerie grinned. “The new tattoo is a cupcake?” She hadn’t missed the hesitation in Tatiana’s word choice. She suspected she’d almost called Maniac her Daddy. Or maybe Valerie was just so enamored with the idea of finding a Daddy that she projected it on others and thought everyone had one. It was silly. There was no way half the people she met and thought were Little actually had Daddies.
“Yep. Flirty Kumquat in fact. It’s adorable. I’ll show you a picture. If you love cupcakes, maybe you’d like to get some type of cupcake as a tattoo. I could sketch one for you. What’s your favorite flavor?”
“Birthday Cake. I know it’s boring to most people, but it’s my favorite. Plain white cake with buttercream frosting.” Valerie licked her lips as if she could taste the delicious goodness right now.
“Yum. Didn’t you say your birthday is coming up?”
“Yeah, that’s why I’m trying to be brave and treat myself to a tattoo. A birthday gift to me.”
“All the more reason to get a Birthday Cake tattoo.” Tatiana clapped her hands together. She was more excited by the idea than Valerie.
