The sound of footsteps in the hallway outside my apartment sent a shiver down my spine. Then, the soft beep of the electronic lock disengaging. The door swung open, and there he was.

Lucas filled the doorway, his broad shoulders blocking out the light from the hallway. His eyes found mine immediately, piercing and intense. I felt pinned in place by his gaze, unable to move or speak.

“Alice,” he said, his voice low and controlled. “Are you ready to accept your punishment?”

My heart raced as I gazed at him. Despite the turmoil of emotions swirling within me, I found my voice.

“Yes, Monsieur,” I whispered, my words barely audible. “I’m ready.”

Lucas nodded curtly, stepping into the apartment and closing the door behind him. The soft click of the lock engaging seemed to echo in the silence between us.

“Strip,” he commanded, his voice brooking no argument. “Everything off.”

My fingers trembled as I reached for the hem of my shirt. I pulled it over my head, letting it fall to the floor. My bra followed, then my yoga pants.

I hesitated for a moment, my fingers hooked in the waistband of my panties. Lucas’ eyes narrowed slightly, a silent warning. Taking a deep breath, I slowly pushed the lacy fabric down my thighs, letting them pool at my feet before stepping out of them.

“Bring them to me,” Lucas ordered, his voice low and husky.

My cheeks burned as I bent to retrieve the delicate scrap of fabric. I could feel the dampness of my arousal as I grasped them, mortified by the evidence of my body’s betrayal. On shaky legs, I approached Lucas, holding out the panties like an offering.

Lucas took them from me, his fingers brushing against mine in a touch that sent electricity coursing through my body. He held the panties up, examining them in the soft light filtering through the curtains. Then, to my utter embarrassment, he brought them to his face and inhaled deeply.

“My, my,” he murmured, his eyes locked on mine. “You’re quite wet, aren’t you, ma chère?”

I wanted to look away, to hide from his penetrating gaze, but I found myself captivated. My breath caught in my throat as Lucas slowly ran his fingers along the damp crotch of my panties, his touch achingly close to where I ached for him.

“I… I’m sorry,” I stammered, though I wasn’t entirely sure what I was apologizing for.

Lucas smiled, though the expression didn’t have much warmth in it—as if the sun were trying to break through clouds of conflict.

“No need to apologize, you little whore. It’s only what I expected.”

My jaw went slack at the wave of need that shot through me at those coarse, now-familiar words. Then I bit my lip, my brow creasing hard, as I watched him put my panties in the inside breast pocket of his blazer.

I fought the urge to cover myself as Lucas’ eyes raked over my body, drinking in every curve and plane. I felt my nipples harden under his scrutiny, a flush of heat spreading across my chest. Despite my fear, I couldn’t deny the arousal still building within me.

“Turn around,” Lucas ordered. “Hands on the wall, legs spread.”

I obeyed, pressing my palms against the cool plaster. I widened my stance, acutely aware of how exposed and vulnerable I was in this position. I heard Lucas moving behind me, then the soft rustle of fabric as he removed his jacket.

“You’ve been very naughty, Alice,” he said, his voice low and dangerous. “Coming to the match, allowing yourself to be used that way by the press.”

Lucas moved closer, his breath hot against my ear. “I’m afraid this apartment isn’t suitable for the discipline you need, ma chère. I’m going to take you somewhere more… appropriate.”

My heart raced at his words. “Where?” I whispered, a tremor in my voice.

“You’ll see,” Lucas replied, his tone leaving no room for argument. “Now, put on your raincoat. Nothing else but your shoes.”

I turned to face him, eyes wide. “But Monsieur, the paparazzi…”

“Exactly,” he said, a dangerous glint in his eyes. “Let them see that you’re going to receive the consequences of your foolish actions.”

With trembling hands, I retrieved my lightweight, pale pink raincoat from the closet. The silky lining whispered against my bare skin as I slipped it on, acutely aware of my nakedness underneath. The hem barely reached mid-thigh, leaving my legs exposed.

Lucas watched intently as I fastened the buttons, his gaze burning into me. When I finished, he stepped forward, running his hands down my sides. I shivered at his touch, even through the thin material.

“Perfect,” he murmured, his voice low and husky. “Now, let’s go.”

He took my arm, guiding me firmly toward the door. As we stepped into the hallway, I felt a rush of conflicting emotions. Shame burned hot in my cheeks at the thought of facing the paparazzi in nothing but the raincoat.
