Ryan grabbed my hips and started to move. I sat up and grabbed my breasts and Ryan growled.

“Morgan,” he gasped, watching me play with my nipples.

“Don’t stop!” I said, loving the way he filled me so completely as he thrust into me from below for several amazing minutes. “Ryan—I’m going to come,” I cried out. I felt him grow bigger inside of me, shocked that my orgasm was racing up on me so fast. I dropped my hands back to his chest while he rocked his hips faster and harder.

“I’m coming!” I shouted as he gripped my hips, crying out my name.

I dropped my head to his chest while we both dragged in deep breaths of air. “I didn’t think it could be better than last night,” I said.

He drew in a deep breath. “Neither did I.” Rolling us over, he held his body weight off me and pressed his forehead to mine. “Morgan…”

The way he said my name was filled with so much emotion, it caused a warmth to heat my chest. I opened my eyes and stared into his.

He opened his mouth, then shut it. I knew it was too soon. Hell, he hadn’t even been in my apartment for twenty-four hours. We’d gone on our first official date only last night and made love for the first time.

Yet, I could see it in his eyes.

I lifted a hand and ran my fingers down his cheek. “Will you move in with me? And I don’t mean temporarily. I mean for always.”

A wide smile grew across his handsome face. “Yes.” I giggled when he kissed my nose. “Let me brush my teeth, so I can kiss you properly.”

I brought my hand up to my mouth. “Oh my gosh! Does my breath stink?”

He laughed and kissed me quickly on the lips before moving off me and reaching for my hand. “Teeth, then shower.”

As we headed into the bathroom, Ryan’s phone rang. He glanced over at it. “I need to get that.”

I saw the name “Nox” on the screen and wondered who it was. I hadn’t ever heard Ryan mention that particular name before.

With a serious expression, he grabbed his phone. “I’ll be right back.”

I nodded. “Okay.”

As I shut the bathroom door, I heard Ryan say, “Nox, thanks for getting back to me so quickly.”

Turning on the shower to let it warm up, I quickly brushed my teeth. Ryan was off his call within ten minutes or so, but I’d already hopped in the shower and gotten out by then. Since I didn’t need to wash my hair, I was faster than normal.

When he stepped into the bathroom, his expression was sober.

“Is everything okay?” I asked, wrapping a towel around my body.

Ryan nodded and turned the shower back on. “Yeah. Just some business I needed to take care of.”

“You look tense. Is there anything I can do?”

He smiled, and the tension in his expression instantly faded away. “Seeing your beautiful face makes me happier.” He stepped close to me, cupping my cheek with his hand. “I want to kill the person who’s doing this to you.”

The reminder made me frown. “I know. Why would anyone be stalking me?”

Ryan shook his head as he stepped into the walk-in shower and started to soap up. So much for our happy shower time. “Someone sick in the head. I hate that I don’t know if this person is someone you know or not. I want answers.”

“So do I,” I said on a sigh. “Can we do something fun today? I mean, unless you need to head to the ranch for work.”

Ryan’s face lit up. “I’d love to do something fun. What did you have in mind?”

“I don’t know. Something silly and crazy. Once the boutique opens, I’m afraid I won’t have very much spare time. I should be designing some new pieces today, but I need to do something mindless.”

“About the only fun and crazy thing to do in Hamilton is go to Ravalli’s.”

I nodded. “Well, that could be fun. Maybe we should see who can come with us since it’s a Saturday. Do a little bowling or have a cornhole competition.”

Ryan held up his hands. “Oh no. No competing.”

I crossed my arms over my chest and huffed. Ryan turned his back toward me, but I was positive he heard my displeasure. “Why not?” I asked.

He turned off the shower and stepped out. My eyes took in his wet body with greed. Lord, the man was fit and so damn handsome. He was crazy muscular from all his time at the gym and from working at the ranch. It honestly looked like his abs had abs. Could he truly be mine? Was he mine? I was certainly his.

“Keep looking at me like that, and I’m going to throw you over my shoulder and take you back to bed.”
