“Maybe it’s like Bridger said, adding more kids to the mix isn’t any more work than you’ve already got going with one,” I wink, we’ve always been a one and done kind of family, lately though the thought of adding another one doesn’t sound like such a bad idea.
“I’m hearing what you’re hinting at, I’m not opposed to it, and it’s not like we’re not a solid team. So yeah, let’s talk about it more tonight?” I stop in my tracks, Hallie still on my hip since she doesn’t mind getting a free ride, my hand slides to the back of Hallie’s dark riot of curls, lips meeting hers, tongue sliding out to lick at her lower lip until she opens for me, conveying how much I like the idea of possibly bringing another child into our life whether it be a boy or a girl.
“I love you Leo, so much,” Tinsley says once our kiss ends.
“I love you and Hallie, more than I ever thought possible,” I reply, knowing that I’ll have no problem convincing Tinsley that one more child will be a walk in the park.
