“Yeah, they’re talented as fuck,” Junior agreed as he parked the truck. “I’m more worried about what my father and Uncle Johnnie are doing inside the shop,” he said as we climbed out.

“This looks so amazing,” I said, feeling my eyes glisten as I stood on the sidewalk, staring at the work they were doing.

“You needed better signage,” Jackson said. “Dad is designing a sign to hang up there too,” he said, pointing toward the top of the building. “So people driving past can see it.”

“This is already too much,” I said, shaking my head at Paine.

“Don’t be silly,” Paine said, shaking his head.

“You wanna see too much, head inside,” Jackson said with a smirk.

“Christ,” Junior said, reaching for the restored glass door, and pulling it open for me.

We walked in to find a tall, somewhat thin guy who was covered in tattoos and wearing… creepers as shoes with his hands flat against the wall that connected to the empty building beside the cafe.

“Do I wanna know what the fuck is going on in here?” Junior asked.

“We were just thinking the shop would do better with more sitting room,” Breaker said. “If we broke down that wall, and—“

“That’s Shale’s decision,” Junior insisted.

“I, ah, this is so sweet, but I can’t afford to expand right now,” I said, shrugging.

Sure, the social media for the cafe had tripled in followers since the drive-by, but there was no guarantee those follows would result in customers.

“Oh, sugar, honey, darlin’,” Junior’s uncle, Johnnie, said as he shot a charming as hell smile in my direction. I couldn’t help but imagine that prior to settling down, this man got around. “It wouldn’t cost you a penny.”

My gaze slid to Junior, confused.

He was rubbing his eyes and said with a sigh, “Remember what my ma said about trying to argue with these fucks?”

“But…”

“They’re paying,” Junior said.

“Oh, ah, actually… I really… I really pride myself on running this business myself,” I said, not wanting investors.

To that, Breaker and Johnnie shared a chuckle.

“Doll, they’re not talking about paperwork and shit like that. They’re talking about tossing cash at this, and leaving it to you in all ways that would hold up in court.”

“But…”

“If you want to compete with She’s Bean Around, you need more space,” Breaker said. “And I’ll make that fuck pitch in some cash too,” he said, nodding toward his son. “So it won’t feel weird.”

“I, ah, I still think it’s gonna feel weird,” I admitted.

“So… Plan B,” Johnnie said, sharing a smile with Breaker.

“Do I want to know what that means?” I asked as Junior walked up to me.

“Knowing them, it means you will come back tomorrow to find the walls already knocked down and construction well underway,” he told me. “There is no plan in which this expansion doesn’t happen now. So, it comes down to if you are going to be involved or not.”

“I think your mom really greatly undersold just how invasive and overstepping these guys are.”

“Definitely did,” Junior agreed. “She’ll chew my old man out about it when he gets home and tells her.”

“But it won’t make a difference.”

“Not a bit,” he said, chuckling. “If you’re really uncomfortable about it, I could shut it down,” Junior said, pulling me into the back room with him. “But I honestly think it’s a good idea. I have a feeling that now that the town knows this place exists, it’s going to be fucking hopping when it reopens. You might have to think about hiring help. And I’m not just saying that because I’d like more than an hour or two with you before bed,” he said as there was some sort of slamming noise in the front of the cafe that I didn’t want to think of the origins of.

“Oh, yeah? And what would we do with all that free time?” I asked, fingers walking up his chest and around his neck.

“Entertain Barry, probably,” he said, smiling as he started to walk backward. “But if we can get some privacy…” he said.

“Privacy to do what?” I asked.

“This,” he said, suddenly yanking open the door of the walk-in, and pushing me inside before pulling it closed behind him.

“We can’t!” I insisted, scandalized in the best possible way.

I mean, who didn’t want the hottest guy they’d ever seen wanting to bang them twenty-four/seven?

“Why not?” he asked, smile wicked.

“Because your father and uncles are out there!”

“These things do a decent amount of soundproofing,” he said, reaching for me, turning me away from him, then yanking my pants and panties down. “I guess you will just have to try to be quiet,” he said as his hand went between my thighs.

I was already shamelessly wet for him. My hips rocked as his fingers slipped inside of me, thrusting quickly.

I heard the crinkle of the foil, and reminded myself we needed to have the “I’m on the Pill” talk later. But I was too needy to waste any time as I felt his cock rub against my cleft.
