Needing for it to be hard for her to walk without thinking about me.

Us.

This.

June’s drenched muscles greedily swell around my dick.

Chisels my name on the climax that’s begging for freedom.

Temptation to relinquish my hold to assist in the easiest way to make that possible grows strong yet rather than cave to it, I command she presents me that side of her she saves for me. “Come on my little Goddess…” Peering around her pressed together legs, I devilishly demand, “Show me your power.” There isn’t a missing movement in strokes in spite of the hitches in my breath. “Let me watch you honor your fucking body like I do.”

Whimpers run wild around the room.

“Touch yourself, baby.”

She hungrily runs her fingers along the side of her elongated neck.

Tugs at her hair.

Squeezes her own throat causing her pussy to clamp down in approval.

“Show me those tits.” My instructions are fumbled out as my body pistons harder through her dripping depths. “Show me those shades of brown I love so fucking much.”

My woman wildly moans and hikes up her own shirt to expose the way her heaving chest is begging to break the constraints of her bra. Callously, June rips the material out of her way, until they’re spilling over. Bouncing and tormenting me, inspiring my thrusts to go berserk in nature when she pinches her own nipples.

It takes what feels like an eternity for her delicate fingers to reach her clit, but when they finally do, we’re both launched into the highest elation and tranquility and unification fucking possible. Burning hot rushes race from the both of us to cement her to me and me to her and us to this point in our lives.

This point where Fate has made it crystal clear that much more than our bodies are meant to be together.

Our paths are.

And being on this particular path with June Bailey is undeniably a blessing I never saw coming.

Chapter 16

Tucker

I turn off the bathroom sink, thankful to finally have all the spray-paint off my hands.

The shit is always such a bitch to get off, but it’s been so long since I worked with it I couldn’t resist.

Koose Koose honks up at me from where he’s watching me get clean.

“No, buddy. You can’t climb into the sink to get wet.”

He honks again in argument.

“Okay, you can, technically, but you’re not going to.”

Another honk.

“Because June Bug would shit a brick.” Reaching for the hand towel is attached to a recollection. “Remember when I let you take a nap at the foot of the bed that one day? She damn near broke my eardrum with all the screaming.”

Whatever response he was going to give is cut short due to the doorbell unexpectedly ringing.

Huh.

Guess Uncle Brett finished that meeting early after all.

I wish he would’ve texted first, though.

I still need to shower off.

It’s a bit rude to try on nice clothing when you smell like fumes and sweaty ball sac.

Fuck, do I hate how hot Highland gets in the summer.

“Come on, Koose Koose,” I state to the feathered member of our family. “We’ll let Uncle Brett in and then I’ll rinse off real quick. He can keep you company for a few minutes outside.”

He releases a loud honk that can only be taken one way.

“My bad. You can keep him company for a few minutes.”

His head bobs almost as if nodding prior to him strolling at my side from one end of the house to answer the door at the other.

As soon as it’s opened, everything in and out freezes.

Time while fluid manages to stand completely still.

“I didn’t think you’d answer,” my mother quietly confesses, nervously playing with the keys in her hand.

“Had I known it was you I wouldn’t have.”

Hurt instantly blooms in the blue gaze I loathe getting from her.

Koose Koose honks in question prompting me to answer, “No one.”

Sadness seeps further into her stare, yet she tries to sidestep it by inquiring about our goose. “And who is this handsome fellow?”

He honks at her like she can understand.

“What a wonderful name,” she attempts to warmly reply as he cranes his head forward to allow her to touch him. “And so sweet. I bet my son is to thank for that.”

“Something I didn’t get from you.”

“Can I come in?” She shifts her eyes back to mine. “I’d like to talk to you about something.”

“No.”

Her forehead wrinkles in confusion. “Is that a no I can’t come in or a no I can’t talk to you.”

“Both.”

“Tucker-”

“You have nothing to say to me that I wanna fucking hear.”

“How do you know that?”

“Call it intuition.” Folding my arms defensively across my chest is instantly done. “A skill taught to me by the man you made disappear like the world’s worst fucking magic trick.”

“Really?” She huffs in evident exasperation. “You wanna do this right here? Outside? Where everyone can hear and see?!”
