“If you want to stop—”

“We have gone too far for that now.” She smiled and shifted back on the bed. “Make love to me, Wilhelm.”

It was all I needed her to say.

I climbed onto the bed toward her, and pulled her legs to me and then apart. “This may hurt a bit. I’ll be gentle. But then it will feel much better, I promise, merely relax and trust me.”

She nodded and lay back, though she was still quite tense. Crawling on top of her, I pressed my lips to hers once more. The longer we kissed, the more comfortable I could feel her becoming. Her hands gripping my shoulders, her legs around my waist. I kissed down her neck, making my way down to her nipples. Taking them into my mouth, I ran my tongue around them before biting softly.

“Ah,” she moaned.

Reaching down between her thighs, I rubbed inside of her once more, making sure she was wet enough for me, and she was…pouring out onto my fingers. Sitting up, I held my cock with one hand and began guiding it into her.

She grimaced and so I moved even slower, giving her time to accept me. I kissed her face to distract from the pain, feeling her hands grip me.

“It’s all right, my love,” I whispered, meeting her lips with mine as the rest of me entered her. Her back arched but all I could do was kiss her and slow myself. “Tell me when the pain passes.”

We stayed like that, embracing, with me kissing her face, my cock in her hard and painful as I so badly wished to move. But I did not want to hurt her.

Finally, after what felt like years, she spoke.

“I am all right.”

I bit my lip, pulling out before thrusting back in.

“Ah.”

I waited.

And when she nodded, once more I moved. When she no longer whimpered but moaned, I knew she was ready.

I pulled out again, and this time slammed in harder.

“Oh!”

Again, I did it, my hands rising to hold on to her waist.

It was like a dream. My fantasy unfolding before my eyes. I’d seen and taken many women in pleasure…but none had ever brought me this much joy. I relished the way her body bounced as I took her. She bit onto her own knuckle to keep from crying out in pleasure, but even still her moans were music to my ears.

I did not want it to end.

If this was a dream I would not mind sleeping forever. She was perfect; everything about her was perfection. I lifted her body up. We clung to each other, me holding on to her thighs, her holding on to my shoulders. Both of us looking into each other’s eyes. When I saw that she was close, I kissed her lips quickly before saying:

“I love you.”

Her response was to call out my name. And like it was a command, I came for her.

I was too stunned to speak. It was as if I were floating in his arms above the sky, just like Verity had described. When she had first told me about relations between a man and his wife, I was so confused and terribly concerned. I badly wished to experience it but at the same time I worried I would not be able to have the same feelings she did. But I was sure now—this was the best feeling in the world. I laid my head on his chest as he gently stroked my back, humming softly for me.

“I love you too,” I finally managed to say now that my mind was slowly coming down from the clouds.

He kissed the top of my head. “I will speak to the queen about moving up our wedding.”

“I do not believe it can be moved up. Not without causing suspicion.”

“I care not about such suspicions. I merely know I will not be content with having you only this one time before the week is done.”

“How many times until you are content?” I glanced up at him and he smirked down at me.

“A thousand doubled a thousand more times before being doubled another ten thousand.”

“Surely our bodies would break.” I laughed.

“Then happily we will lie in bed immobile the rest of our days.” He kissed my knuckles as he tried to sit up. “However, we cannot stay in bed any longer now, my love. We are not husband and wife yet.”

It was as if I only then remembered all the rules of society I had dedicated my life to maintaining. One man had shattered everything in a matter of weeks. But in return, I felt as if I had gained a new sense of freedom. He was like air to me now. How I was not sure, but I was greatly pleased by it. So much so that I did not want to get out of bed.
