I wanted to make him feel wonderful, too ... but I had no idea how to do that. Slowly, I slid my hand down his abs, wondering when I’d next be able to touch them. When I reached his pants, his dick was still rock-hard. Tentatively, I touched it with my index finger. “Should I…?”

Disappointment filled me as I realized I didn’t even know how to ask the question, let alone how to carry it out. A man like Carmine deserved to be with a woman who knew what she was doing. Who could give pleasure as well as she could take it.

But Carmine just shook his head, grasping my hand and interlocking his fingers with it. “That’s a lesson for another day.”

LEILA

A few nights later, I said goodnight to Stefano, the only one of the brothers I could find, used the bathroom, and then retreated into my little room. As per Massimo’s rules, I didn’t close the door, but I could never fall asleep until after he was in his bed, and I was never sure when that would happen.

Lying there in the darkness, I thought about all the things that had happened recently. All the new sensations I’d experienced. Kisses. Orgasms. Spanking. Touching myself. It was a lot—and somehow, it was just right.

Sort of.

Because didn’t marriage mean experiencing all those things with one man, not three? But I couldn’t even imagine giving up the time I’d spent with any of them. Stefano had been on my side, right from the start. He’d been the first one to call me Leila. Massimo still wouldn’t. But Stefano had felt like a friend immediately—until he’d started to feel like so much more.

Then there was Carmine. That had been so hot with him in the car, but it was more than that. He’d trusted me enough to teach me to drive. Trusted me even though I’d disappeared on his watch. I’d worried him and caused him to get into a lot of trouble, but he’d still made my dream come true. I’d never imagined anyone would ever teach me to drive, but I was extra grateful that it was him. He was a great teacher. About driving ... and about pleasure.

As for Massimo ... it was just so hard to say. With him, it was usually two steps forward, two steps back. Or no steps. That was the worst, when there were no steps. Some days, we’d barely speak. And then we’d sleep ten feet apart, but it felt like ten miles. But then sometimes, I’d catch a glimpse of the man he might have been without all the weight on his shoulders. If he hadn’t been born into such a corrupt lifestyle.

Usually, those glimpses happened when he was with his brothers. He and Carmine were super close—they depended on each other. Their strengths complemented each other, and I imagined that made them more effective as leaders. And Stefano led such a different life, but there was affection there. They shared a past. And now they—sort of—shared me.

At least until the wedding. I drove that thought from my mind. I didn’t want to imagine having to end the closeness I felt with Stefano and Carmine. And since there was still month before the wedding, I decided to just enjoy as much intimacy with them as I could. Before they officially became my brothers-in-law.

Massimo finally came to bed, and I could hear him moving around on the mattress. Though I could only see the vague outline of him, I could picture him in my mind’s eye. He was so handsome. His looks excited me even more than the others. But he was the one I felt the least close to—and he was the one I was marrying.

Even after Massimo’s breath grew even and steady, sleep didn’t come. There was something nagging me. Something I wanted to do. Earlier today, I’d been out back in the garden. Not gardening, but just enjoying the fresh air. I’d been staring off into space when I heard a sound behind me. I’d turned just in time to see a flash of long leg as Carmine disappeared into the house.

It was then that I’d spotted the pretty pink gift bag.

Instinct made me look around to make sure I was alone before opening it. Inside was lingerie in a creamy, silk fabric. There was a microscopically small top with spaghetti straps. I was pretty sure it could be called a teddy. Then panties that were just a wisp of fabric. Then a short, slinky robe to go over it.

I couldn’t help grinning. Carmine had told me he’d get me something pretty when I’d complained about my ugly bra, and he had.

Right now, the lingerie was hidden in a half-empty trunk in the corner of my tiny room, and the compulsion to try it on grew. It was a shame that the flashlight Stefano had given me was up in the little hideaway, but I knew my small room well enough to navigate it in the dark. As quietly as possible, I opened the trunk and pulled out the little lingerie set.
