“Hello,” Maddie says. “You guys were amazing.”

“Thank you.” He holds out his hand. “It’s wonderful to meet you both.”

“I’m Maddie,” she says. “We met briefly in Snow Creek. This is my friend, Brianna. Do you remember us?”

He takes Maddie’s hand and kisses it. “Of course I remember you both. Do you ladies have plans for later this evening?”

“What kind of plans?” I ask.

Maddie gives me an evil eye.

Oh God…

“I have a suite at the hotel,” he says. “Would you like to join me for the night?”

“In your suite?” I ask.

“That sounds amazing,” Maddie says. “How about it, Bree?”

“Tonight?” I say.

“Yes. I have a full bar in my suite. But if you’re more comfortable, we can stop at the main bar for a drink first.”

“That would be nice,” I say.

“Or your suite,” Maddie says. “Either. We’re up for anything.”

Anything?

Maddie… I never took her for a groupie. Where is this coming from?

She’s more experienced than I am, though. Pretty much everyone is.

I only lost my virginity a couple of nights ago, but my mind returns to what I was just pondering.

I want to have sex without worrying about losing it. Sure, I’d like it to be with Jesse, but he’s made it clear where he stands.

What Maddie and Zane are suggesting is a threesome. Meaning I would see Maddie naked. She would see me naked.

And knowing Zane… He’s pretty much a player.

He’ll expect us to do things with each other.

Yeah. That’s not going to happen.

Maddie’s beautiful and all, but women aren’t my cup of tea. I found that out the first and only time I hooked up with one.

Although, with some alcohol in my system…maybe…

What the hell?

I’m in London. Far away from home. My virginity is a thing of the past, and Zane Michaels is… Well, he’s Zane Michaels.

I paste on a smile. “I’d love a nightcap.”

“That’s awesome, ladies. I’ll give you a lift in my limo.”

“That’d be super,” Maddie says.

“Come with me.” He offers both his arms.

Maddie takes his right, and I take his left.

I do a quick scan of the room for Jesse.

He’s talking to Dragon.

He doesn’t even see me. I may as well be invisible.

Well? I’m not invisible to Zane Michaels.

I’m going to drive in a limo with a real rock star.

And yeah…

Threesome here I come.

Chapter Thirty-Four

Jesse

Dragon pulls me aside. “I’ve got some babes lined up for us.”

“You’ve got to be kidding.”

“Do I look like I’m kidding?” He penetrates me with his dark gaze. “Four of them, Jesse. All ready and willing to come back to the room with us.”

“I’m not interested.”

“You kidding me? This is the dream, bro. A rocker’s dream. Groupies, man. They’re ready to spread their legs.”

“You can have them all.”

“I could deal with two. But it’s our room, Jesse, and I’m offering to let you in on the fun.”

Something about Dragon appeals to women. Always has. It’s that darkness he has about him. That brooding intensity. I have no doubt all four of these babes he has lined up would be happy to go back to the room with just him.

“Go for it. Rory got me my own room, remember?”

“They want us both.”

“For Christ’s sake, Dragon.”

“Come on, Jess. Your adrenaline has got to be riding high. The only way we’ll ever get any sleep is if we get our rocks off.”

He’s not wrong.

I sigh. “Fine. Where are they?”

“I’ve already put them in one of the limos. All I need is you.”

Things are beginning to die down backstage. Jett and his wife left, along with two other members of his band. Only Zane is still here, talking to fans. Maddie and Brianna are still here, speaking together.

I can’t help but stare at Brianna in that Dragonlock T-shirt. She looks scrumptious.

I’m already aching for her.

So what the hell? I can take the ache, go back to Dragon’s room, fuck the groupies, and then leave.

Except I’ve never had sex with a woman—or women—with another guy in the room.

There are things I’ll have to not look at.

I take one last glimpse at Brianna, and I find her staring straight at me.

I want to offer her a smile, but I don’t. I follow Dragon off the stage and out of the venue to the waiting limo.

The “babes” Dragon has lined up don’t look any older than Brianna. Am I going to have to ask for ID?

“Girls, this is Jesse,” Dragon says, as the chauffeur shuts the limo door.

“You were fabulous,” one of them—a blonde with pink tips—gushes.

All four of them are pretty, but they’re not beautiful. Not Brianna Steel beautiful.

“Thank you,” I say.

“You guys are both so hot.” This from a goth-looking chick—dark hair, dark eyes, lots of eyeliner.

“Thank you,” I say again, as if I’m stuck on repeat.

We get to the hotel, and I feel like everyone is staring at me. As if everyone knows what Dragon and I are taking these women up to the room to do.
