It was hard to plainly hate them when there was so much going on underneath the surface.

“Never have I ever… slept with more than one person at a time,” I said, my eyes switching between all of them.

To my surprise, no one drank.

“Wouldn’t be opposed to it,” Colm replied as his forefinger glided around the curve of his shot glass.

Neither would I.

Hugo leaned close to me, brushing my hair back so that he could whisper in my ear.

“Me either,” he told me.

With all of their eyes on me and Hugo being so close to me, an immense wave of heat crashed down on me, nearly snapping all of the common sense I had left that was tying me down to reality. I couldn’t be with them. Any of them.

“Closing up, guys,” the bartender told us.

I checked the time on my phone, seeing that it was two in the morning. How did the time pass by so quickly? We cleaned up and filed out of the bar, walking down the sidewalk and across the street to where our hotel was located. I was in a slight daze, rolling slightly from the alcohol but mostly from my conflicting desire I was wrestling with.

“It was fun, édesem,” Mikael said as they stopped in the middle of the hallway between the three rooms that they were divided between. My room was at the end of the hallway.

I had no idea what that meant, but it seemed like something kind. I lingered there in front of them, nervousness and excitement pumping through my body like adrenaline. I didn’t want the night to end, but it needed to. Being around them was getting more and more dangerous.

“Could be even more fun,” Anthony pointed out as he leaned against the wall next to one of the doors. He tilted his head at me before grinning at the others. “Right?”

Hugo took his key card out and opened the door that he and Mikael shared. He held the door open as he turned to look at me.

“This doesn’t have to be goodnight, Leah,” he said before walking into his room.

I watched the others follow, pitching me smirks and inviting smiles that made my heart beat so fast that I nearly thought I was going to pass out. Going back to my own room for the night was obviously the smartest choice, but I wasn’t following my head tonight.

I was chasing all that I desired, and they were all in the room before me.

Chapter 11

Leah

The air immediately felt hot and heavy the second I stepped into the hotel room, my eyes sweeping over the bed, the couch, and the two lounge seats next to the window that the guys distributed themselves among.

At a point, it was just me standing there, wanting to do everything all at once but not knowing where to even start.

Anthony held his hand out to me as he sat on the edge of the bed, while Hugo lingered more in the middle.

“Come here, gorgeous,” he said.

The moment I placed my hand in his, I couldn’t breathe. My chest tightened as he pulled me closer. I didn’t believe that I was gorgeous, but it was nice to hear him call me that. I was soon spun around and seated in his lap, my back against his strong chest.

“Relax,” Anthony murmured near my ear. “Thought you were the fearless leader?”

His words spurred me on like they were intended to do. I turned my head and locked eyes with him for a second before mentally stepping off the cliff. My lips crashed against his before I could overthink things and chicken out.

A faint exhale broke from Anthony out of surprise, but he bounced back quickly and kissed me back with fervor. His arms winded around me, holding me close as he took control of our heated kiss. When his tongue teased at my bottom lip, I let him inside with a shaky breath, reveling in how warm his mouth felt against mine.

For a minute, it felt like only Anthony and I were in the room, our kiss deepening with each brush of our lips. Then, I felt a familiar hand in my hair, drawing my head to the other side for another pair of lips to meet mine.

Hugo.

I threaded my fingers through his hair, fire melting away my nervousness. I was running off pure desire at this point, needing to touch them. Needing them to touch me.

While Hugo kissed me, Anthony busied himself with sliding his mouth to the other side of my neck, his lips trailing from beneath my ear to closer to my collarbone. Each flutter on my skin threatened to make me shiver, making me writhe slightly in his lap.

“You better stop that if you want to keep this PG-13,” Anthony told me as he dug his fingertips into my waist.
