That got another chuckle, more a happy sound than naughty this time. “Hungry, huh?”

“Famished. I’ve been thinking about this all night.” Feeling brave for some reason, I gave him a quick peck and found myself blushing again as I pulled away. “How about you? You seemed like you worked hard today. Are you looking forward to dinner?”

That had his hands tightening around me again and the wicked look was back. “I’ve been looking forward to a lot of things about tonight. The steak is just one of them.”

My dick was never going to go soft if he kept that up.

He must have known that but he kept doing it anyway, even trailing his hands over my ass before finally stepping back. My groan had him smiling even more wickedly. “If you’re a good boy and stay hard for me until we’re done with dinner, then I’ll let you suck me off as soon as we get back to my place.”

God.

I knew better.

I really did.

He was right.

I had no self-control because my gaze dropped to his bulge, and before I could force myself to look anywhere else, I was imagining being back between his legs and sucking him off again. There was just something about the whole night that’d been perfect but that memory was neon bright in a sea of fabulous.

“I…I don’t know what to say.” Admitting that made me feel relieved and ridiculous.

Master didn’t think it was silly and gave me a hug before kissing me tenderly. “Is that what you want for a reward for making me happy, pet? For being such a good boy?”

He was slowly melting my brain and I found myself nodding without even thinking about it. Of course, admitting what I wanted just made him more pleased and he got the biggest, brightest smile that was utterly genuine and delightfully Bex. “Then you don’t have to say anything, pet. You just have to be a good boy for me.”

And in this case, good boys stayed hard.

I didn’t think being good would be a problem in this case.

Chapter 13

Bex

“Are you sure you don’t want dessert?” I couldn’t resist the innocent tease even though the question made him blush every time I asked it. Of course, it was his fault for blushing so sweetly the first time he’d turned me down.

Evidently he’d been thinking about a different kind of dessert that required more privacy…and I was never going to forget the look on his face once he realized his dirty thoughts had been very obvious.

Payton was finally realizing I was just going to keep having fun with it and glared at me, trying to look stern even though he was still delightfully pink. “Stop that.”

“I don’t know what you mean.” Shaking my head, I aimed for a be good kind of look. “But is that how you should be talking to me?”

That had him going even redder as his gaze darted around the restaurant.

He was so much fun to tease because now he was starting to wonder if he wanted to push things or not. I could see the questions flashing through his mind, and I had a feeling some of them revolved around funishments versus punishments.

“I don’t know what to say.” The frustrated huff that followed his rushed, quiet words had me barking out a laugh.

“How about you say that you’ve been very good and very patient the past few days?” He really had, but waiting until our schedules worked out right so we had enough time to enjoy exploring his pup side had been hard on him.

But we both had tomorrow off and there was nothing pushing either of us to head to bed at an unreasonable hour. His schedule didn’t start as early as mine did, but he was building up his own editing business and that took a lot of time too. However, that didn’t seem like it would be an issue tomorrow because he’d said he was all caught up on his work for the time being.

“I have been.” His gaze darted around the room again before he whispered softly. “Master.”

Oh, someone was either very brave or highly tempted to make sure I was feeling generous.

Probably both.

“You’ve been a very good boy tonight.” And if I made him wait any longer to leave the restaurant, I had a feeling he might pop like an overinflated balloon. “Are you ready to head back to my place?”

His answer was obvious from the way his entire body jolted but he tried to take a deep breath without being too obvious before he slowly nodded. “Yes, that sounds like a good plan.”

He was so cute.

Not wanting to push teasing him too far, I attempted to look neutral and not grin as I agreed with my cute pup. “Great.”

Paying took a few minutes longer than Payton wanted but he did his best to be patient. He was so twitchy, though, even our waiter was confused and kept shooting us weird glances, not that Payton seemed to notice. He was lost in his own world of barely controlled wiggles and fantasies that kept him wonderfully distracted.
