Thinking about his pregnant wife, Caspian had to control his need for her. As far as he was concerned, there was nothing better than looking at his woman, loving her. She filled him with passion.

Not a day went by that he didn’t want her in some way. He had to have her.

With her pregnant, their doctor had also warned that her hunger for sex would be even stronger, and the woman didn’t lie. Sofia was insatiable. His cock hardened at the remembered heat his wife had.

“We’re here,” Sean said, cutting through his memories.

Climbing out of the car, he looked at the building that held their doctor’s private practice. He felt lighter on his feet as he stepped through the building. The receptionist nodded at the elevator.

He was constantly at the doctor’s office, asking for advice. They were on first-name terms, and as he got to the floor, the doctor, Sarah, was already waiting for him.

“We’re prepped and ready. Do you want to see your babies?”

“Yes.”

He’d already seen them before, but they were bigger now, well grown, and he was excited. There was no mistaking it.

Caspian entered the room and inhaled deeply, going straight to his woman. She smelled so good, and he wanted to be inside her already.

“Guys, do you think you can hold yourself together?” Sarah asked. “I do not want to have to redecorate my office again.”

Sofia went bright red, and he chuckled.

“We’ll be good. I promise. Do you want to show us our babies?” he asked.

As he locked his fingers with Sofia, the doctor approached. She had the ultrasound probe in her hand and placed it on Sofia’s stomach. “How are you feeling today?” Sarah asked.

“Good. I feel good. They are moving around a lot.”

“That they are. They’re good babies, though. Not fighting.” Sarah moved the probe, and Caspian saw his babies, but Sarah had to point out the heads, the feet, their stomachs.

“And it looks like you have a boy and a girl. After meeting your brother on our last appointment, I figured it ran in your family line,” Sarah said.

“We don’t know,” Sofia said. “We only have each other.”

Caspian gripped her hand even tighter. They didn’t just have each other. They had him and the pack.

George had been able to win over the pack, and now the brother and sister had a family together. A true family. This one wasn’t by blood, but it was by something far better, it was by choice.

“They’re healthy?” Sofia asked.

“Yes. They are happy, healthy, and big. I do think we might have to do a C-section to help out.”

“What about a natural birth?” Caspian asked.

He wanted to go the C-section route. He’d spoken long and hard with Sarah, and providing they kept the constant morphine pumping inside Sofia, it wouldn’t wear off, but it was a risk.

The pain of long labor though, that was even worse.

“I want to give birth naturally,” Sofia said. “This is something I want to do, Caspian.”

Sarah smiled. “So far, I would say we can do what mommy wants,” Sarah said. “I don’t see any complications; however, when we get closer to the date, I want to make sure everything stays that way. I will not allow any harm to come to mommy or babies. Okay?”

Sofia nodded. “Yes, that is more than fine.” She released a breath.

“Good, now please get out of here without mating some more,” Sarah said.

Sofia wiped the gel off her body, and Caspian helped her to her feet. She was getting so big, and it was proving to be a little more difficult for her to do basic things like getting up from the floor.

The twins were big, and her stomach was large. He put his hand on her stomach as they stepped into the elevator.

“I can smell how much you want me,” he said, growling.

“We promised to be good.”

“I know, but there is only so much I can take.”

“There are cameras.”

“I know. It’s why you still have your clothes on.”

She pouted. “It’s not like you could press me up against any kind of wall, is it? Not with this giant thing in the way.” She wrinkled her nose.

“This giant thing is beautiful. You are housing our babies inside you, peacefully, and they are protected.”

Sofia rested her head against his shoulder. “I love you.”

“I love you too.”

They made it through the elevator ride.

He nodded at the receptionist, making a note to send a gift basket of some kind to make up for the pain-in-the-ass client he’d been. He demanded answers, and he was used to getting them pretty pronto.

Sean waited in the car for them, and Caspian held the door open for his wife as she climbed inside.

“How are the babies?” Sean asked.

Sofia updated Sean as he would be the one to alert the pack of their progress. The whole pack was invested in taking care of these babies. He’d lost count of the number of times they wanted to visit.
