The next thing I knew, I was thinking about that damn kiss—her lips and all the little whimpers and moans and how good she felt in my arms. Damn. It felt like I was coming apart at the seams. I needed to get her out of my system, and I needed to do it fast. Hoping it would knock the edge off, I turned the water to hot and took my throbbing dick in my hand, gripping my fingers tightly around my pulsing shaft.
I needed to feel the bite as I started to move my hand up and down my thick cock. I closed my eyes and pictured her in my bed. I could almost feel her soft, smooth skin as my fingertips trailed across her perfect, round breast. My breath quickened as I thought about her writhing against the soft cotton sheets as I touched her.
Her skin blushing.
Her thighs clenching.
Her little whimpers echoing through the room.
With each vision, my hand moved faster, gripped tighter, and every stroke had me closer to the edge. My dick pulsed in my hand when I imagined the expression on her face as I raked my tongue against her clit, tasting her, tormenting her until the moment when her orgasm took hold. I could almost hear her calling out my name.
Fuck. That’s all it took. My breath caught, and I came long and hard. Moments later, I stepped out of the shower with my dick still standing at full salute. Damn. I was so fucking screwed.

“I don’t get it.”
“Okay, then go through the steps again.”
“But I already went through the steps,” Toby whined.
“Okay, then try it one more time.”
I stood in the doorway, watching as Sutton tried to help Toby with his homework. They were sitting at the kitchen table, and Toby’s brows were furrowed as he tried to work through one of the problems. He had a look of determination on his face—like he was giving that math problem everything he had. Sutton, on the other hand, looked completely relaxed.
But that was Sutton—steady and calm.
He’d mentioned on more than one occasion that math wasn’t one of his strong suits, but that didn’t stop him from trying to give Toby a hand. After a few minutes, Sutton leaned over and looked down at Toby’s paper, and a smile slipped across his face when he saw that he’d done it correctly. “There you go, bud. Now, you’re getting the hang of it.”
“This is stupid.”
“Well, that’s math for ya,” Sutton chuckled. “And I hate to break it to you, but it only gets harder from here.”
“Great.”
Toby leaned back in his chair with a pout, but Sutton wasn’t going to let him give up. “Come on. Let’s do the next one.”
Toby nodded, then got back to work. Seeing them together gave my heart an unexpected tug. It was more than just the fact that he was helping him with homework. It was the trust in Toby’s eyes as he waited for Sutton’s nod of approval and the way his whole face would light up whenever he gave it.
Toby hadn’t really had a good man in his life—not one that showed up in the ways that mattered, but he had that now. Sutton was there. Not because he had to be but because he wanted to be. And that meant the world to us both. I stepped back and went into the living room, giving them some time alone to finish up.
As I’d expected, it wasn’t long before Toby came barreling into the living room. He collapsed on the sofa with a thud. “Well?”
“All done.”
“Do you have anything else you need to work on?”
“Nope. I finished everything.”
“What about Sutton? Where did he run off to?”
“He had something to finish up in the garage, and then, he’s gonna take a shower.”
“Okay.” Toby turned on the TV and started flipping through the channels, and I figured it was as good a time as any to ask, “What would you think about hanging out with Garrison tonight?”
He shot up off the sofa as he gasped, “Seriously?”
“Yeah, Dagger stopped by to see Zeke today and mentioned that Garrison has missed seeing you at the clubhouse and asked if you could spend the night over at their place.”
“No way!”
When Jagger mentioned the idea, I was a little hesitant. I couldn’t remember the last time Toby spent the night away from home, but I knew he would love the chance to spend some time with Garrison. And it would give Sutton and I the opportunity to have a little alone time—something we hadn’t really had since I’d moved in.
Toby’s eyes danced with excitement as I told him, “Yep. He’s gonna take y’all to eat pizza and to the arcade.”
“This is gonna be so awesome!”
“You’d have to be on your best behavior and...”
“I know. I know. I’ll be good.”
