I laugh and walk to her instead of walking around to the side. My hands fly to her hair, and I grip it in my hands and kiss her softly on the lips. Her tongue comes out to lick my bottom lip, making me groan. My cock goes hard, and she moves her hand to cup it through my jeans. The minute she touches me, I spring back, moving away from her touch. I don’t trust myself with her. She makes me do things I’ve never ever done in my life. "Get in the car."

"You are no fun." With a huff, she puts one long leg into the car and then the other. "I should have bent over and shown you what you're missing." She reaches out and grabs the handle, slamming the door. I put my hands on my hips and look up at the sky. "If you are praying to God, tell him I’m in desperate need of an orgasm." I laugh, looking at her walking around the car and getting in. "Okay, you have me in the car," she says, turning to look at me, her legs cross one over the other and all I want to do is rub them, kiss them, have them wrapped around my neck. "Where are we going?" I start the car and pull away from her house.

"It’s a surprise." I lean over to grab her hand and bring it to me. "How was your week?"

"Frustrating," she huffs as she slides her fingers with mine. "The countdown was a bit much."

I laugh. "I hated that every time I wanted to call you, the time difference messed it up." Playing West Coast games are the worst for the time change. The games were also brutal, but I was so excited about getting home I didn’t even give it a second thought.

"Are you tired?" she asks me softly, and I look over at her. "I mean, I can do all the work."

"Good to know," I say, pulling up to the restaurant. I stop the car at the curb. "But I think I’ll be good." I open the door. "I’ve been saving my energy."

"Now that is what I like to hear," she says, opening her own door and stepping out. "Where are we?"

"Well, you said pizza is your favorite thing to eat." Standing next to her, I grab her hand in mine. "And well, this is the best pizza place in Dallas." Her fingers hold on to mine as we walk to the black door. I pull it open with my free hand and walk in with her right next to me.

I look at her as she looks around the place, her eyes taking in everything. "Where is everybody?" she leans in and whispers.

"I wanted it to be just us." I look around at the empty tables. "So I called them up and asked them what it would take to have it closed for the night." Her eyes go big. "I know the owner, Fernando, so I didn’t have to twist his arm too much."

"Welcome," Fernando says, coming out of the kitchen and toward us. "We’ve been expecting you," he says. "Right this way."

I follow Fernando past the bar and into the private back room, one table in the middle of the room. While other tables are around, they are pushed against the wall with soft candles lit on them. He pulls out a chair for Franny, and she lets go of my hand and sits down. I pull out the chair in front of her and sit down. “Thank you.” She smiles at him and grabs the white linen napkin to put over her lap.

“What can I get you to drink?” Fernando asks her.

"Whiskey on ice." She looks at me.

"I’ll have water," I tell him, and she turns back to him.

"I’ll have the same." She smiles at him, and he nods and walks away. "You closed down this whole place?" she asks again, looking around. "I can’t even."

"I wanted it to be private," I start to tell her. "And I didn't want anyone to interrupt us or for you to feel like you were being watched." I shrug. "And you finally accepted my offer for a date, so I had no choice."

"You are just full of surprises," she tells me, and Fernando comes back with the two bottles of water and also her whiskey.

"In case you change your mind." He smiles at her. "So we are going to do things a bit different tonight." He slaps his hands together. "It’s called the tasting menu. We’ll bring out small portions of all pizza and pasta." I look at her. "One at a time bite-size portions."

"I’m ready," Franny says to him, and he’s already under her spell. "I’m here for all of it." He nods at her and walks away. Someone comes out with a basket with three small squares of bread with a little bowl of marinara sauce.
