She glanced down. Oops. She hadn’t even noticed that she was still wearing the onesie she’d gone to bed in.

“And new panties. And can you do my hair, Daddy?”

“Of course I can.” He put her back in the harness and carried her and Wally into the spare bedroom. Moving to the drawers, he drew out a clean ladybug onesie and some green panties with white daisies on them.

“I’m going to have to set you down so you can get dressed.”

“You do it, Daddy.”

He stilled, then slid to his knees on the nest and drew her out of the harness. Undoing it from his waist, he set it to one side as she lay on her back. “What?”

“Want you to do it.”

“You want me to undress and then dress you again?”

“Uh-huh.” Although if he kept talking about it, she was going to lose her nerve.

“All right, baby girl. If you’re sure.”

He reached for the zip of her onesie, pulling it down. Her breathing quickened slightly as her breasts were revealed.

But this was Daddy.

And she was Little Greer. And that made it easier. Not easy. But there were less barriers.

He stripped the onesie off, taking her in for a brief moment before reaching for her panties. She nodded at him and he slid them off.

“You’re being such a good girl for Daddy. Lying nice and still and not wriggling around. But you must need to go potty, huh?”

Drat. She really did.

“That’s what I thought. Daddy is going to carry you to the toilet, and you can go potty and then brush your teeth before I get you dressed again.”

Yikes.

But she didn’t protest as he carried her into the bathroom.

“Don’t leave,” she said as he tried to walk out. As embarrassing as this was, he’d taken care of her the last two days when she’d needed help.

She used the bathroom, and he brushed her teeth before carrying her back out and getting her dressed. After he combed her hair and put it in a ponytail, he kissed her forehead.

“That’s my brave girl.”

Greer smiled. But it quickly dropped as he propped them both up against some pillows. “You’ll have to go back to work soon, Daddy.”

“I’ve taken an extended leave of absence.”

“But . . . but that’s not fair to you. You’ll miss it. You’ll get bored.”

He drew her over his lap so she was facing him and grasped hold of her chin. “Who is in charge?”

“You are.”

“Right. You had no say in that, so you don’t get to feel guilty.”

It sounded harsh but it actually helped.

“Are you going to punish me, Daddy?”

His stern expression softened. “No, baby girl.”

“But I broke the rules. I was naughty.”

“Yes, and I think you suffered from the consequences of your actions enough. Anything more would just feel like abuse to me, and I won’t ever do that to you.”

She bit her lip. She got it. But she also felt this knot in her tummy. More guilt. Awesome.

He studied her, then nodded. “I forgot. There is one punishment.”

Here it came.

“You’re grounded for two weeks.”

“Grounded?”

“Yes. No leaving the house without me except in an emergency. No going on your devices without my supervision. And no ice cream.”

Tears filled her eyes.

No ice cream?

That was a harsh punishment.

She slid into his arms as he held them out to her. “I love you, Daddy.”

“I love you too, my baby. I should tell you that I’m going to call your landlord and let him know we no longer need your apartment. And I’ll have someone box up your stuff.”

“He’ll probably want to talk to me.”

“He can deal with me,” he said firmly. “Then we’ll move you permanently in here and you’ll be all mine.”

Too late. She already was.

“Knock. Knock.”

She looked up from where she was setting up her tea party. Hack was getting the snacks ready. Her new tea party set was all arranged on the small table in the spare bedroom.

Five days had passed since she’d been attacked and it was only now that she didn’t panic if he left her.

Although, she could feel that anxiety starting to rise and he’d only been out of her sight for a short while.

“Greer-bear, it’s me. Cash. I wondered if I could come in and talk to you. Hack said I had to ask first.”

She glanced around, then looked down at herself. She was wearing her best tea party outfit, consisting of a bright purple tutu, pink tights with sparkly purple shoes. She also had on a Care Bear T-shirt, lace gloves, and a pearl necklace. “You won’t make fun of me?”

“Christ, Greer, no. Never.” There was a beat of silence. “I know you’re a Little. I’ve lived around Bonnie for years. I understand the dynamic and the truth is, I like it. Sometimes I think that one day I’d like to be worthy enough to have a Little.”
